The Veil is Torn

The veil has been lifted. Now anyone can view the snaarsliest of snaarsies.

Your site isn't password protected anymore? Does that mean you're a blogger again?

Yes, Stephen.

Keep in mind that these precious snaarsisms will continue to be few and far between. I can't help but notice that the greater percentage of my readership, while never populous, has all but dwindled to nought.

Which thus proves the value of Snaarsissism, for a little bit of enlightenment goes far. After just a few visits, most feel they have had their fill for a time.

If they remain unenlightened, they can always come crawling back for more. ;)

Yes, but …
There's a direct correlation between how often you post and how many readers you get. Posting daily doesn't guarantee you hundreds of readers, of course. But if you post intermittently, you'll have a hard time building a group of core readers.

That's why group blogging is a good solution for people who can't churn out several posts per week, at a minimum.

That's certainly true.

This blog has always been casual, not a serious project aimed at capturing and maintaining a loyal readership - although I am always glad to have readers and comments)!

As per your generously open-ended offer to publish my writing: the next time I get inspired to write a weighty article, I'll let you know and we can post it simultaneously.

That's not a promise - it's conditioned on my actually writing something that I feel will fit in with your blog. I don't have anything in the works now, but I'll keep it in mind for when I do write.

I'm not necessarily fixated on the idea of you writing for my blog. Have a look at de-conversion.com, for example; they'd probably appreciate adding you to their role of agnostic and atheist contributors.

I didn't mean to imply that you were fixated - not at all. I enjoy your blog and was quite honored by the suggestion, and I think of it from time to time. I thought you were reminding me of that option.

You exercise good writing skills, including structure, intelligence, and thoughtfulness in all your posts. We frequently disagree, but I respect your overall approach.

I can be a good writer (and sometimes I need to write because it helps me think), but the words don't flow naturally or easily to me. I've never been prolific.

I've set high standards for myself, which is one of the reasons I don't post often. It takes a lot of time.

I'd like to guest-post on your blog, in point of fact. I just haven't written anything pertinent to the theme.

Although, some of my past comments probably could have been their own posts, eh? :-D
